The US-600W(d)/1000W(d) is an explosion-proof rolling shutter operator designed for reliable operation in hazardous industrial environments.

With a maximum lifting load of 700kg for US-600W(d), 1,100 kg for US-1000W(d) and it is suitable for heavy-duty industrial rolling shutters.

The operator supports continuous-duty operation and is designed for long-term use. It can be used in industrial facilities equipped with explosion-proof shutters, subject to the applicable safety requirements and installation conditions.

The US-600W(d)/1000W(d) features an explosion-proof design with a flameproof type specification. It is suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations with an explosion classification of 1–2 and an ignition classification of G1–G4.

Designed for long term durability, the operator is rated for 10,000 operating cycles. It operates in ambient temperatures ranging from −10°C to +40°C and at a relative humidity of 85% RH or less. Freezing and condensation must be avoided.
