The ULC-12GSC3/GSC3R is a new shutter operator designed for higher speed, safety and energy efficiency.
The shutter opens up to 3 times faster than a conventional operator without requiring an external inverter. 3 opening speeds are available: 3x speed, 2x speed and standard speed. For safety, the shutter always closes at standard speed.
When an obstacles are detected, the operator stops immediately and reverses upward. Load detection sensitivity can be adjusted in 10 levels. A bottom safety switch is not required.
During descent, the motor generates regenerative power. The recovered energy helps to reduce power consumption. Under rated load, power consumption during descent is less than 1 watt.
Slow start and slow stop control provide smooth and quiet movement.
A digitally controlled DC brushless motor ensures stable operation. Opening and closing speeds remain constant regardless of power supply frequency.
